Territory voices at AIDC 2026!

AIDC 2026 runs 2 to 5 March at Australian Centre for the Moving Image, Melbourne, with an online international marketplace 11 to12 March, bringing together 100+ speakers, 80+ industry decision‑makers and more than 50 sessions and screenings under the theme ‘Hold true’.

Trisha Morton‑Thomas, acclaimed First Nations co‑director and co‑producer of Journey Home, David Gulpilil, joins an exceptional international lineup shaping the future of factual storytelling.

Representatives from Screen Territory will also be in attendance, alongside numerous Territorian filmmakers supported through travel grants to participate in the conference, strengthening the NT’s presence at Australia’s premier documentary market.

With major global broadcasters, platforms and sales agents on site and more than $305,000 in development funding and industry opportunities available, AIDC 2026 is a major moment for Territory documentary makers.

Congratulations to all NT creatives heading south to represent the Territory on the national stage.
