Greg Haddrick

Recently, Greg co-created and wrote Central Intelligence, a 10x28min radio drama and audio series for BBC Radio 4 and currently on BBC Sounds starring Kim Cattrall and Ed Harris. Season 2 has just been commissioned.

He also authored the book “In the Dead of Night”, to be published by Allen & Unwin in November.

In 2023 Greg was showrunner on Human Error a 6x1hr drama series for the Nine Network.  In 2018 Greg co-created and showran the 6x1hr series Pine Gap, the first Netflix Original Series co-commissioned in Australia.

Prior to that Greg had been Head of Drama for Australian Independent production company Screentime (2000-2017). Major Screentime dramas produced under Greg’s stewardship include:

Prior to 2000 Greg wrote and ran story and script departments for many Australian TV drama series and serials, beginning by writing Episode 1 of the Network Seven-owned strip serial Home and Away in 1987 – a show still on air today.

He has won 7 Awgie Awards for screenwriting and 3 AFI/AACTA Awards for producing.
