Jon Cartwright - Founder of Game Consulting
With over 35 years of experience in the games industry, Jon Cartwright has worked in a variety of senior and executive roles in the UK and Australia. Since 2019 he has been providing consulting services to developers, screen agencies, investors, and publishers around the world from Brisbane, Australia.
Jon specialises in helping ANZ game developers commercialise their games, working with the likes of Modern Storyteller, Prideful Sloth, 5 Lives Studios, and Salty Games.
Since 2021 he has managed ANZ production for UK publisher Team17, including delivering Before We Leave, Age of Darkness, DREDGE, Moving Out 2, and CONSCRIPT. DREDGE has sold in excess of 3m copies and won multiple awards including New Zealand’s Game of The Year 2023, CONSCRIPT has won multiple awards including Australian Game of The Year 2024.
