Victoria Baldock is a skilled Media Executive with over 30 years industry experience with specific expertise in distribution, content strategy and rights management.
She has worked across all genres of programming and has licensed thousands of hours of content to broadcasters around the globe. She thrives on connecting creative vision with commercial opportunity - distilling the core essence of a project, shaping and activating compelling content to connect with audiences in meaningful ways.
Victoria was the founder of Verve Entertainment International, a boutique international television distribution company based in Australia from 2004 - 2017, representing 93 Australian and International Producers. In 2025 Victoria co-founded Iconic Features, an independent distribution company specialising in the international representation of iconic content which holds a cultural and commercial legacy.
Love of an Icon: The Legend of Crocodile Dundee was Victoria’s debut feature documentary, co-directing, co-writing and co-producing with Delvene Delaney. The film was released in Australian cinemas in 2025 and has been awarded 45 international awards. It is broadcast on the Nine Network and Stan in Australia, and is currently sleeing to broadcasters globally.
Victoria has just completed her second film project, a commission for the Nine Network, again co-directing co-writing and co-producing with Delvene Delaney. Victoria continues in her role of the past 7 years as Content Director for Rimfire Films.
